Swept Laser

The Micron Optics s3 is a swept laser module that provides linear sweep in optical frequency and customizable tuning ranges across the 1060nm, 1310nm or 1550nm wavelength windows.

Swept Laser Source

ss225        

 

Available in 1060nm, 1310nm, and 1550nm optical wavelength ranges with bilateral sweep rates up to 8 KHz. Custom designs are available.

High Speed Controller

Incorporates a sine-wave function generator and an amplifier dedicated to driving the ss225 swept laser source as well as the Micron Optics tunable filter. Commanded through a PC interface, the controller can provide sinusoidal waveforms at sine frequencies up to 20 KHz over the full spectral sweep ranges of the lasers and filters.
